1. Preheat your iron to 310°F (155°C).
2. Place the transfer on the garment in the desired position.
3. Apply medium pressure for 15 seconds.
4. Let it cool for 15 seconds before peeling off the paper.
5. For extra durability, press again for a few seconds.
